Angie Perez
Angie Perez teaches Kindergarten. She was born in Colombia, where she earned her BA in Social Work. While in college, Angie gained experience working on an education program designed to prevent future crime. In the 1990s, Angie moved to Italy. By living in different countries, she became trilingual, fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English.
Her journey into Waldorf pedagogy began when she attended a May Faire, and soon after, she enrolled in the Teacher Training Program to learn more about this powerful educational approach. She earned dual Waldorf teacher certifications in both grades and early childhood.
Her professional experience includes working as a Teacher Assistant at the Waldorf School Orange County for the aftercare and playgroup/bridge programs. After a few years, she became a Kindergarten lead teacher and later transitioned to a Preschool lead teacher at Maple Village Waldorf School.
